General Childcare Information

Childcare is available during our monthly meetings for a fee of $5.00 per child.  You may pay in cash or with a check the day of the meeting.  Childcare workers, who have cleared their background checks and are CPR and first-aid certified, will be provided by Adventure Kids Playcare.

Reservations are necessary to help determine how many sitters we need each month. Reservations can be made by sending an email to glecptareservations@gmail.com beginning one week prior to the meeting and ending at 10 PM on the Thursday prior to the meeting.  Please leave the following information: Child’s name, Child’s birth date (including year), and your name.   If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 7:00 PM on Sunday prior to the meeting, or you will still have to pay the fee.  Please see the Nursery Guidelines for additional info on this.
